The Stable Rug Classic 300g by Kentucky Horsewear is the kind of rug you put on in September and only take off in spring. Solid, quiet in the stable, and built to last decades of daily use.
Materials. 900D Ripstop polyester shell — tear-resistant and shavings-repellent, so straw and hay brush off easily. The 300 g hollow-fibre filling delivers down-like warmth without absorbing odours. Inside, a microfibre lining with a soft cotton hand that won't damage the coat.
Construction. Classic cut with two front buckles and two crossed surcingles — the rug stays in place even on horses that move a lot in the box. Compatible with under-rugs, so you can layer for the conditions.
Details. Ripstop weave repels shavings and straw, so a quick brush in the morning is all it takes. Machine washable at 30 °C, no tumble dryer — monthly washing keeps the filling and surface in shape.
